"My meetings with my coach always make me feel less stressed. She is a good listener, she asks probing & clarifying questions which allow me time to think about next steps and what can I do to reach my goals, I also shared with her that I see my identified SMART goals being something that will be ongoing, even after finishing the program, I appreciate her feedback and guidance."  Yr. 2 Candidate

"It is always good to talk through leadership situations with Laurie and with the reopening of school there are a lot of moving parts happening. I continue to need to able to pivot at a moment's notice and meet the needs of all of the stakeholders at OV. With the heightened emotions attached to the pandemic and everyone's differing feelings about coming back to campus, I am needing to meet everyone right where they are at and at the same time get them all ready to return. " Year 2 Candidate
